The purpose of obtaining the said permit is to confirm that the for residential and commercial building is in a suitable living condition considering its compliance to the provision of the code and to the submitted plans and specifications. However, a process should be conducted first before having Occupancy Permit.
A certificate of Road Worthiness for Tricycles must be issued to certify that the vehicle passes as a Public Vehicle. This is based on the Municipal Ordinance No.2019-014. “An Ordinance Revising the Municipal Ordinance No.07-2014” An Ordinance Enacting the Tricycle Code in the Municipality of Puerto Galera and Appropriating Funds Thereof”, particularly, Section 12 and Section 18b.
