3. Return to the Municipal Assessor’s Office and present the Official Receipt for the processing.
3.Prepare the Tax Declaration and FAAS

4. Sign the FAAS & Tax Declaration for conformity
4.Review and Approved/Sign the FAAS & Tax Declaration

5. Submit FAAS & Tax Declaration to Provincial Assessor’s
5. Provincial Assessor’s Office received and examined the transaction

5.1Forwarded to taxmapping section to update their records on the taxmapping control roll (TMCR) and index map 5.2 Assign Property Index Number for each lot 5.2 Review and Approved/Sign the FAAS & Tax Declaration
