APPLICATION FOR NEW WATER SERVICE CONNECTION
Article 1. Section 3I.04. Administrative Provision. A written application/ contract filed with the Office of the Mayor shall be required for any of the aforementioned services shall be required to new applicants. Water Connection permit for new consumers is assessed through inspection by the person-in-charge in the area to make sure there is an existing water pipeline in the location.
